Growing up in New York, the best part was the food. From extravagant dine-in experiences to the local hot dog cart, finding something tasty was easy to come by. Usually I found myself at the latter. When I had only a quick lunch break and wanted something good, usually a street vendor had what I was looking for.

In 2015, I moved to Colorado and fell in love with the state. The active life and natural feel have made this a place to call home.

With Cafe Landy’s, I decided to bring my favorite flavors to the streets of Fort Collins. Whether it’s our New York-inspired homemade Bagels and all-beef Hot Dogs, or our Colorado-inspired green chile breakfast burritos, I love to bring the flavors that I enjoy to the community that brings me joy.
